种下足球种子 转动少年梦想——衡阳市雁峰区搭建校园足球“成长阶梯”

“湘超”赛场一记精准的“世界波”让球迷沸腾，进球者汤军不仅是衡阳市八中在读学生、国家二级足球运动员，也是雁峰区中南路小学足球教育结出的“硕果”。

2025年“湘超”联赛点燃衡阳少年足球热，从学校球场到省级赛场，从调皮少年到足球特长生，雁峰区以“五育并举”为指引，用政策、师资、课程搭建起校园足球的“成长阶梯”，让“小足球”转动起孩子们的“大梦想”。

专业护航：小学也有足球“教练天团”

政策筑基，为足球教育织密了“保障网”。近年来，雁峰区将校园足球作为素质教育的重要抓手，出台专项实施方案，明确“每名学生掌握2项体育技能+1项艺术技能”目标，把足球课程纳入学校考核体系，实行校长负责制。

“要让孩子安心踢球，硬件和师资得跟上。”雁峰区教育局体卫艺股工作人员向记者列出了一组数据：仅2023年就投入300余万元更新体育器材、改造运动场地，实现全区学校运动场地与体艺器材室“全覆盖”，还为学生全员投保消除家长顾虑。针对小规模学校场地不足问题，白竹皂学校通过“校社联动”获得社区球场免费使用权，让190名学生拥有专业训练场地。

全区近年新增体艺教师50余人，并定期组织教师参加省级培训，部分教练还赴西班牙人（衡阳）足球学院深造。同时引入社会力量补位，自2017年起与专业俱乐部合作，聘请D级、E级教练员执教，前进小学更打造出含1名足协C级教练的“专业教练天团”。

课程为核，足球早融入雁峰校园日常。中南路小学等15所全国足球特色学校将足球设为体育必修课，确保每班每周至少1节足球课，还开发校本教材从兴趣入手实现全员参与。前进小学将足球纳入德育体系，践行“以球辅德、以球健体、以球促智”理念，实现五育融合。

课后火热：足球社团名额总是被“秒光”

“我主要打前锋！一场比赛最多进过16个球，特别有成就感！”9月24日，白沙实验学校六年级学生王越霆刚结束训练，他告诉记者，踢足球让他认识了一群志同道合的好朋友，“每天最期待的就是训练时间”。

以赛促练，雁峰区早已构建起“校级—区级”两级赛事体系，区级每年举办两次联赛，校级则“班班有球队、年年有联赛”：环城南路小学26支班级队角逐“阳光少年”杯，白竹皂学校首届“五色花杯”踢满23场，奇峰小学“校长杯”已连续举办多年。

课后服务中，足球社团成“香饽饽”。六一小学每学期课后服务线上选课，足球社团名额总是被“秒光”；中南路小学每周开设2次足球兴趣班；白沙实验学校与俱乐部合作开展日常训练，男女足校队常年保持竞争力。

深耕数载，硕果盈枝。雁峰区足球人才输送节节攀升：白沙实验学校培养了入选U12国家女足的队员，并向山东鲁能等俱乐部输出15名人才；联盟山学校、中南路小学等有多名学子进入专业梯队或以足球特长升入名校。

更珍贵的收获在学生的成长中。中南路小学教师曾玉莲感慨：“以前班级球赛凑不齐人，现在‘校长杯’能吸引全校围观。汤军正是在课间训练中显露天赋，足球让他更自律也更自信。”学生的身体素质也得到提高，数据显示，该区学生的肥胖率、近视率明显下降，体质健康合格率普遍超过95%。
