“同学们，知道怎么分辨过期食品吗？”“路边摊的辣条能随便买吗？”9月24日，衡阳市人民检察院与蒸湘区人民检察院联合走进衡州小学，将“食品安全”与“知识产权保护”两大主题融入课堂，用互动问答、实例对比的方式，为孩子们送上一堂既实用又生动的法治课，既筑牢“舌尖安全防线”，也播下“尊重知识产权”的种子。

“食”刻安全，掌握辨“证”技能

法治课堂

在孩子们还沉浸在“食安知识”的热情中时，检察官用一个小故事开启新主题：“小美写了首小诗发在班级群，小明复制粘贴当自己的作文，还得到表扬，这样做对吗？”“不对！侵犯了小美的版权！”六年级学生小何的回答得到检察官肯定，也让“知识产权”这个概念变得通俗易懂。

随后的“真假猜猜猜”环节更让孩子们兴趣十足，检察官在PPT上展示出正版与盗版零食包装、文具，让大家观察对比。
