拒绝校园暴力 守护健康童年——衡阳市   雁峰区人民检察院走进罗家湾小学送法治课

为增强青少年法治观念，助力平安和谐校园建设，9月17日，衡阳市   雁峰区人民检察院走进雁峰区岳屏镇罗家湾小学，开展了以“和谐校园—反校园暴力”为主题的法治教育活动，为五年级学生送上了一堂生动的法治教育课。

“你知道什么是校园暴力吗？预防校园暴力，我们要加强学习，提升法律素养……”课堂上，谭发旺检察官用通俗易懂的语言，结合真实的案例，帮助学生了解什么是校园暴力，其主要行为有哪些，讲解了引发校园暴力的直接导火索与深层原因，校园欺凌所付出的代价，以及有关预防校园欺凌的知识。授课后检察官与学生互动，为学生答疑解惑，发放并指导学生阅读《侵害未成年人强制报告制度》，教导同学们抵制校园暴力，树立自我保护意识。

此次授课，激发了罗家湾小学在场学生学习法律的热情，他们积极参与互动，踊跃发言，授课现场气氛热烈，取得了良好的宣传教育效果。（ 龙真 蒋志军）
