为普及应急救护知识与技能在生活中的应用，提高学校教师在突发事件中的自救互救能力，9月18日晚，在衡阳市中心医院院前急救伍新桥副主任医师和手术一科张晓燕护士长的带领下，医护团队共同走进衡阳市新民中学，为该校教师带来了一场别开生面、专业与趣味并存的“第一目击者”应急救护培训活动。

此次活动聚焦“黄金救援四分钟”，通过PPT授课与专业示范，深入浅出地讲解了心肺复苏（CPR）、海姆立克技术和自动体外除颤器（AED）的使用核心要点，融入趣味情景模拟和环节互动，将严肃的救护知识变得易懂易学。尽管培训内容严肃严谨，但现场氛围却在伍主任的层层递进讲授中轻松活跃。在专业人员的手把手指导下，教师们在模拟人上亲身体验急救操作，让抽象的知识瞬间变得直观可感，大家纷纷表示，通过学习，不仅掌握了实用的急救技能，更增添了一份面对突发状况时的勇气和信心。
