衡阳蒸湘区：从党徽党旗规范到红旗渠精神——组工干部“必修课”开讲

为进一步推进学习型机关建设，为青年干部搭建充电赋能、互学互鉴的交流平台，持续营造“以学促干、以知促行”的浓厚氛围，近日，衡阳市蒸湘区委组织部召开2025年第5期“组工课堂、快乐真享”书香机关建设活动。组织系统2名年轻干部围绕党旗党徽、红旗渠精神的主题分别进行讲课和分享，活动现场热烈、氛围浓厚。

规范使用党徽党旗，维护党的象征尊严

“党徽并不是党员徽章的缩写，两者不可混为一谈。”

“召开党的代表大会、代表会议时，要在显著位置悬挂党徽，并在党徽两侧各布5面红旗。”

“不得在党徽党旗上添加任何文字、符号和图案等，不得使用破损、污损、褪色的党徽党旗。”

蒸湘区组织部年轻干部谢宇旻就《中国共产党党徽党旗条例》解读展开授课分享，分享全程围绕主题，既有详实的知识讲解，也穿插趣味互动环节，系统介绍了党旗党徽的发展历程、适用场景以及注意事项，讲述了何种情形下禁止使用等系列关键知识。

年轻干部闵紫琦在聆听讲课后表示：“本次听课受益良多，也让我们对党徽党旗有了更加深刻和全面的认识。”她还结合实例谈到：“此前有网络博主违规使用党徽党旗作为商业广告背景，破坏了其严肃性，最终受到处罚。这警示我们，每一位党员都有责任自觉维护党徽党旗的尊严，遇到不当使用情况，必须及时反映，绝不能置身事外、冷漠旁观。”

感悟红旗渠精神，汲取奋进智慧力量

该区编办年轻干部陈妍蓉分享了《山腰上的中国：红旗渠》的阅读感悟，她带领参与人员回顾红旗渠从酝酿决策到艰苦建成的壮阔历程，深刻阐释了红旗渠精神的时代内涵，并探寻其对当前工作与生活的宝贵启示。

“为什么要修渠？受气候、地理、地形和地质条件影响，林县十年九旱，水贵如油，答案刻在干裂的土地和焦渴的百姓脸上。”

“如何能修成？靠一锤一钎一双手，苦干10个年头，硬是在万人壁立、千峰如削的太行山绝壁上开凿出‘人工天河’。”

“红旗渠精神是什么？不仅是一条石砌水渠，更是一条承载价值追求、凝结勇气智慧、蕴含创新创造、流淌奋斗气质的精神之渠。”

读书分享的发言环节，年轻干部刘帅廷将此次的学习收获凝练为九个字——不服难、肯实干、能抱团。并在随后的发言中分享了三点深刻体会：“这次读书分享让我震撼于林县人民‘敢教日月换新天’的豪情与担当，干任何事业都要有‘逢山开路、遇水架桥’的坚定决心；折服于工匠们‘蚂蚁啃骨头般’的智慧与韧劲，要凭借智慧和新思路，一寸一寸地攻克难关；感动于‘众人拾柴火焰高’的团结与奉献精神，必须依靠团队的紧密协作和相互支持，为集体贡献自己的力量。”

锤炼过硬能力作风，提升履职尽责水平

目前，书香机关活动正如火如荼地开展。从今年4月份开始，组织部、编办、老干部服务中心共有5名年轻干部结合个人思想和工作实际，进行了登台讲课和读书分享。

为确保成效持久，组织部计划长期开展这一活动，不断丰富活动内容，全力打造一支政治素质高、业务能力强、工作作风实、能适应新时代要求的组工干部队伍。

蒸湘区委组织部主要负责人表示：“作为组工干部，要充分用好‘书香机关’这一学习交流平台，不断打磨和完善自我，着力提升语言表达和文化素养，始终保持昂扬饱满的精神状态；要精准掌握、规范使用党旗党徽，注重日常业务知识积累，努力成为本职领域的行家里手；要持续保持敬业奉献的工作态度，面对急难险重任务，发扬团队精神，共同攻坚克难，有效防范和化解各种风险挑战。”（徐志强）
