最好的欢送是铭记，最好的迎接是传承。9月12日，在湖南衡阳这片红色热土上，蒸湘区以一场特别的“迎老兵送新兵”仪式，让返乡老兵的荣光与入伍新兵的梦想同频共振，传递岀“满满幸福感”，奏响了“军爱民、民拥军”的温暖乐章。
