衡阳蒸湘区：试点“信易医”，让诚信者享受更多就医便利

缴费来回跑多次、住院押金负担重……这些就医“老大难”问题，正在被“信用”破解。近日，衡阳市蒸湘区红湘街道社区卫生服务中心率先试点“信用+医疗”服务，让市级以上荣誉获得者、无偿献血先进个人及芝麻信用高分用户享受“先诊疗后付费”、全程陪诊、免押金借用设施等便利，就医效率提升30%。

工作人员向市民介绍“信易医”

以往就医，门诊患者一次就诊平均需缴费3次以上，耗时久、体验差，尤其老年人对智能产品操作困难，加之行动不便，就医常需耗时近半天；住院患者则因高额押金带来较大的资金占用压力，甚至延误治疗。

蒸湘区针对传统就医痛点精准发力，推行“信易医”服务。该服务通过信用无感支付，将医保与自费费用一次性结算，患者仅需在“诚信服务岗”凭有效证件校验身份，即可走绿色通道优先挂号、检查、取药，极大提升了就诊效率，同时还可享受理疗优惠、免押金借用轮椅等暖心服务。此外，对确有需要的患者，可申请医院安排导诊人员全程陪诊。

目前，“信易医”服务对象涵盖道德模范、劳动模范、见义勇为者、衡阳好人、五一劳动奖章获得者、三八红旗手等市级及以上部门表彰奖励的集体和个人，无偿献血先进个人（4000毫升以上的献血者），以及芝麻信用积分达800分以上的群体。

蒸湘区卫健局相关负责人介绍，此次试点旨在树立“守信受益”导向，让诚信者享受更多就医便利，未来将逐步扩大“信易医”覆盖场景，推动医疗资源更公平、更高效惠及广大市民。（刘振元 黄邵君）
