为持续做好旅发大会“后半篇文章”，在“湘超”足球联赛精彩启幕及衡阳赛区即将开赛之际，９月８日，衡阳市委网信办举办“ｅ心向党＠我　‘衡扫千军’战‘湘超’”——全市新媒体从业人员代表座谈会。市委宣传部副部长（兼）、市委网信办主任王卫全出席会议并讲话，市委网信办副主任蒋素娟主持会议。

会上，16名网络代表人士交流发言，深入探讨如何借势打造“爱足球、爱美食”的城市IP，助力衡阳持续“火出圈”。大家纷纷表示，衡阳是一座有着深厚文化底蕴的城市，作为新媒体从业者，要争做家乡推荐官，用最真实的镜头记录家乡的美好，用最真诚的态度讲述衡阳的故事，聚焦＃周末不忙去趟衡阳（＃周末不忙来趟衡阳）、＃衡扫千军顶峰相见、＃爱足球爱美食爱衡阳等网络话题，通过短视频创作呈现衡阳独特的自然风光、丰富的历史文化、浓郁的民俗风情，让更多人看见衡阳、听见衡阳、走进衡阳、爱上衡阳。

在认真听取与会代表发言后，王卫全指出，衡阳需要宣传、网络需要精品、达人需要鼓励、各方需要联系，希望各位网络达人广泛宣传，持续为衡阳引流，让网红变长红；借助“湘超”赛事推介城市，为比赛加油、为衡阳助威。寄语全市新媒体从业人员，要做到眼里有光、心中有爱、肩上有责、脚下有路，让网络流量成为“文旅兴城”的留量，让互联网这个最大变量成为助推经济社会高质量发展的增量。

王卫全强调，新媒体从业人员要提升几项基本素质。一是懂政治。始终以党的旗帜为旗帜，党的方向为方向，学会将党言党语转化为网言网语；善于用平民化视角、通俗化叙述、分众化表达，以小见大、以点带面。

二是懂受众。找到与受众的共情共鸣点，定位适配的精神消费群体，走自己擅长的创作路线。

三是懂衡阳。既要了解衡阳的历史文化、人文特色，还要了解衡阳的山光水色、地理风物，更要了解衡阳的民风民情、精神品格。做好“湘超”联赛衡阳赛区的网络传播，既要把衡阳人团结一心、奋力拼搏的精气神展示出来，也要把东道主热情好客、文明尚礼的风貌和气度展示出来，还要把衡阳美景美食、特色特产展示出来，向全网推介一个立体的、厚重的、丰美的衡阳，打造爱运动也爱生活的城市人设，营造松弛、狂欢、享受的都市氛围。
