衡阳蒸湘区：“小培训”托举“大民生”，点亮就业新技能

“学会这门技术，我心里更有底了！”10月27日，在衡阳市蒸湘区总工会举行的2025年“一户一产业工人”中级育婴师培训班开班现场，学员李女士满怀期待地说道。

本次培训为期20天，全程免费，课程内容紧密对接国家职业标准，涵盖0-3岁婴幼儿生活照料、保健护理、教育实施等核心模块，采用“理论教学+实操演练+岗位实习”一体化模式，并特邀业内资深专家授课，全力保障学员学以致用、学成上岗。

参加培训的70余名学员热情高涨，也纷纷感谢工会“送技能帮就业”，表示要认真学习、刻苦练习，争取早日拿证上岗。

“培训全程免费，学满120课时，考核通过直接发中级育婴师证书，还能优先推荐就业。”蒸湘区总工会相关负责人介绍，此次培训不仅解决“学什么”“怎么学”的问题，更打通“培训—考证—上岗”全链条。学员结业后，该区总工会将联合承办方优先推荐优秀学员到月子会所、家政公司等机构就业，真正实现“学得会、能考证、好就业”。

据悉，本期培训班是蒸湘区总工会和薇爱集团聚焦市场需求，解决职工就业难题的又一举措，旨在通过职业技能培训，培养一批高素质、专业化的育婴服务人才。下一步，蒸湘区将继续立足职工需求，链接社会资源，拓展更多领域的技能培训项目，以技能赋能为蒸湘区高质量发展注入民生动力。（罗巧灵）
